Ever wanted to do all your mail interaction with a business that felt like home?  Redmond Pony Express is where I've received the kindest care and quality postal service. Mike, Grace and Harsha (and others) not only greet you by name with genuine smiles, they likely know which box is yours before you're even inside (I've forgotten which key opens my mailbox because I rarely need to use it!) It's evident they want to serve their clientele by making the mail routine as simple and pleasant as possible. I've been using the Pony Express mailbox services for almost 2 years now. I originally opened my box over there because it was on my way home from work. Lately, the owners changed and I find myself using more and more of their services. Everything is delivered efficiently and with a great, warm personal touch. The new owners of the Redmond Pony Express are very people friendly. Every time I come to get my mail they call me by my first name. And they go out of their way to make my "postal address" location feel very friendly with touches like free coffee and a community resource table. I have been using Pony Express Redmond over the last 8 years. First with Harsha and Nick and now with Mike and Miki. The transition was flawless! Not only are Mike and Miki great business owners, they are first rate people.

I am always greeted by name (even after one visit); they remember not only me, but my new business, my granddogs, and that I'm usually in need of quick service! It is a pleasure to go where you might pay a little more, but all my needs are quickly met; the line goes fast, I'm just as important as the person before and after me and I'm on my way!

Very friendly people and helpful as well. You can get lots done in one stop. I got my daughter's passport pictures there, they package and mail anything for you, they of course have P.O. boxes for rent, a last minute greeting card, or even a notary public service. Amazing! -Monique

(5-Stars) I needed to expedite a passport renewal because I have an upcoming project in Canada. I googled around for "passport photos redmond" and this place popped up and it was close to my office. Excellent service with a nice personal touch. The passport photo turned out great. They use a Nikon D200. I had my form already filled out. They helped staple the photo to the form, stuff it into the envelope, and write "expedite" on the outside. It's on its way. They have premium coffee to sip on while you wait, and I didn't wait long. I think it took 15 minutes for the whole thing. -Neil G.

Best place for mailing stuff! The new owners have made this the best place in Redmond for mailing and other business services. They are conveniently located and offer a friendly and efficient alternative to the truly awful UPS store (right across the street) and the long lines at the US Post Office. After my first visit, they knew me by name and had me all set up in their system so now shipping packages is as quick as can be. Highly recommended! - Guest G.

Mike, who owns and runs this Pony Express has been great (the previous bad reviews are from the previous owners). When we moved back to Redmond from California, Mike helped my wife set up her PO Box remotely so she wouldn't miss any mail during the move. They are great about emailing whenever we get mail so that we don't have to call them and bug them every day. Plus, I noticed that they even stayed open extra hours during the Christmas crunch. I've even started mailing stuff when them to avoid having to go to the post office around the corner (even though it costs a bit more) - Glenn G.
